Pac Technologies has had a close working relationship with OMRON spanning nearly 10 years.
Its engineers are formally recognised and certified as OMRON control systems engineers, specialising in OMRON Vision Detection Systems.
To further strengthen its relationship with OMRON, Pac Technologies has joined the new Accredited System Integrator Program.
Working more closely together
Under the program, OMRON partners with approved system integrators across Australia and New Zealand, who will design solutions and install OMRON Electronics’ products into end users’ facilities and OEMs machinery providers.
“Pac Technologies has worked with OMRON on several major projects in recent years, says Kim Simonsen, CEO of Pac Technologies.
“OMRON has long been a preferred supplier, mainly for its vision detection equipment.
“The new three-year agreement means both companies will be working more closely together.”
Under the new agreement both companies will collaborate to develop state-of-the-art customer solutions and explore new innovations.
And OMRON will provide a detailed training program for Pac Technologies team members, focussing on new products and technology.
Omron Oceania MD, Henry Zhou welcomed Pac Technologies to the ASI program.
“We look forward to continuing – and further strengthening – our successful partnership.”
