Founded in 1988 by Penny and William Cromarty, the company continues to grow from strength to strength.
From humble beginnings Cromarty now employs more than 100 talented people across five locations in Australia.
Cromarty specialises in process instrumentation, electrical, automation, MES, IoT, fault diagnostics and more.
Its expert team covers the entire lifecycle of a project from initial concept, installation and commissioning, system optimisation through to decommissioning.

For the past eight years Cromarty has had a close working relationship with OMRON.
“During that time OMRON has been a preferred supplier on a number of projects,” says Cromarty director Matthew Austen.
Equipment supplied includes state-of-the-art PLCs, motion control and vision systems.
Cromarty recently strengthened its relationship with OMRON after signing as an official Accredited System Integrator (ASI) partner.
More technical support and training
Under the program, OMRON partners with approved system integration companies that install Omron Electronics’ products into end users’ facilities and OEMs Machinery.
“This formal agreement will greatly benefit both our companies – and most importantly our clients,” says Mr Austen.
“Under the agreement we will work more closely with the OMRON team and we’ll be given more technical support and training.
“That’s a massive benefit.”
Mr Paul Gibb, state manager of OMRON QLD, welcomed Cromarty to the ASI Program.
