If you access our e-store at https://store.omron.com.au/ and click on the product link, the lead times are displayed on the webpage. If you still are unsure or unable to find the lead time, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 1300 766 766.
Why are some lead times longer than usual?
As you would be well aware, the last few years have been very abnormal. Globally there have been many parts shortage affecting countless businesses, especially with electronic components which are in the majority of OMRON products. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause you or your customer however we assure you that we are taking all necessary steps to improve current and future stock shipment. Our lead times are improving every week and we hope to be back to our normal lead times in the near future.
The lead time is too long for me, what can I do?
A benefit to using our E-store is that the website displays alternative stock which may be suitable to you.
