Transferring program
To Transfer the PLC and Safety PLC program to the controller the following steps need to be followed.
- Select Online from the controller menu or press the Go Online Button.
- Press the Synchronize button
- After pressing the Synchronize button, the comparison window will pop up, click on 'Transfer To Controller'
Validating the safety program
To successfully upload the safety program to a safety CPU the following steps are required.
- Press the DEBUG mode icon

A confirmation window will show
- After pressing the OK button, a pop up asking to change modes will show, press Yes.
- follow the on-screen prompts selecting Yes or OK if acknowledged. There will be a number of these pop-ups to follow asking if its ok to deactivate the safety systemss
- After acknowledging these controller statuses, you are now able to enter Debug mode. At this stage the program will begin to transfer to the safety CPU
- Additional prompts will pop up, select ok or yes to these.
- Once all safety functions are satisfied, select the Validate button to store the safety program on the CPU.
- On completion of the validation, an alert will show asking to change the safety CPU to run mode on the next startup.

Unvalidated safety programs are still transferred to the safety CPU, however will enter DUBUG(stopped) mode
