Customised Robot training focusing on Flexible Automation, such as MoMa - Mobile Manipulator (Collaborative Robot mounted on top of Autonomous Mobile Robot). Through a 35-hour program, participants gain programming skills for both types of robots and delve into typical industry applications. This initiative benefits educational institutions by attracting students and nurturing industry partnerships, while also producing engineers with enhanced skills to meet industry needs. This has been offered as a micro-credential and also integrated into their advanced manufacturing degree.

Our customized SYSMAC *PLC training kits, currently utilized by WSU, MQU, and TAFEs, provide remote *PLC training, virtual HMI networking, and instruction on secure protocols such as SQL, MQTT and many more. This course covers MAC *PLC training, HMI programming, and various protocols, enabling online delivery and addressing curriculum gaps, thus imparting valuable skills to students and educators. Its integration into educational settings benefits institutions by enhancing remote learning capabilities and meeting industry demands for proficiency in secure networking and HMI programming.

Micro-Credentials
In collaboration with the NSW Government, OMRON, as a foundational partner, has developed various micro-credentials focusing on collaborative robots and traceability, with more in development. By offering structured 40-hour micro-credentials, it enables businesses to confidently explore *cobot applications, assured of the availability of skilled workers. The one-day-a-week structure also facilitates efficient learning for workers. This initiative benefits universities, industries, and OMRON users by fostering innovation, skill development, and practical application in the rapidly evolving fields of collaborative robotics and Industry 4.0. The micro-credentials are fully accredited and certified by both educational providers and the NSW Government, with each course earning 2 accreditation points for universities.
